Curriculum
We’re proud of our curriculum—now it’s your turn to be impressed!
At Chabad Hebrew School, we aim to ignite your child’s sense of identity by capturing their imagination and attention. We invest tremendous care into creating a warm, positive atmosphere paired with high-quality, meaningful lessons.
Our curriculum is hands-on, multi-sensory, and interactive, so students don’t just learn—they experience. Each lesson is designed with thought-provoking discussion starters that foster lively classroom conversations. The knowledge gained becomes personal and lasting.
We’re always looking for innovative ways to make Jewish education exciting and relevant.
In the 2027–28 school year, we'll embark on an unforgettable journey through the Book of Bereishis with our exciting "Story of My Life" curriculum!
Each week, students will bring the stories of Bereishis to life through interactive lessons, meaningful discussions, and unforgettable hands-on experiences. Throughout the year, they'll enjoy engaging workshops and special programs, including an Edible Library, a Dough (Needoh) Studio as we explore the Six Days of Creation, a Kiddush Factory, welcoming guests just like Avraham and Sarah through Avraham's Tent, volunteering with Pantry Packers, and many more creative activities that make Jewish learning come alive.
This dynamic curriculum helps children connect with the timeless lessons of Bereishis in a fun, meaningful, and memorable way, inspiring them to see how these stories continue to shape their own lives today.
To build Hebrew reading skills, we use the acclaimed Aleph Champ program. Inspired by the Karate belt system, Aleph Champ breaks down reading into ten colored levels, making the process goal-oriented and motivating. With fun games, challenges, and lots of encouragement, students advance at their own pace—and take great pride in moving up a level.
At Chabad Hebrew School, Jewish learning is joyful, interactive, and deeply meaningful. We can’t wait to learn and grow with your child this year.
